Why there is no monthly fee
Most small-business websites are built once and then billed forever. We do it the other way round: your website, your hosting account and your domain name are set up in your name, and we hand you the files. There is nothing for us to switch off, so there is nothing to charge you rent for.
That means we only earn again if you decide the work was worth coming back for. We prefer it that way.
What happens when
- Nothing to pay to find out. Tell us about your business and we will talk through what you need before any money changes hands.
- The $200 USD covers the initial design, including reasonable adjustments to get it right before handover.
- Anything after that is hourly, agreed with you in writing before we start.
- Hosting and domain costs are paid by you, directly, to whichever company you choose. For a small business site this is often free or a few dollars a month, and it is never paid to us.
Refunds
Cancel any time before we deliver the initial design and you get the full $200 USD back. After delivery the fee is earned, but if something we built does not work as described we fix it at no charge. Full detail on the Refunds & Cancellation page.
